- LED low energy cost effective alternative solution to offer their existing customer base
- Replacement of current 80 Watt daylight Fluorescent PL lamps
- Incorporation into a suspended continuous tray system
- Fully designed & tested LED components with photometric data
- Lighting simulation & data for each site with a minimum designed 750 lux
- 5 year warranty on LEDs and power supply (driver)
The Solution:
We supply the components consisting of a pair of boards and driver to the customer, for their assembly into the open area tray system or into spray booth lighting. The boards produced over 10,000 lumens providing improved lighting compared to the current PL Lamps with an energy saving of approximately 45%. In the spray booths we achieved minimum 1500 lux at floor level with an energy saving of over 45%.
