When things go wrong a company can be judged by the way that it responds. In my case some lights had been damaged (either in transit or at the factory) and were unusable. A picture of the damage and replacements were sent without further ado. I needed advice on what lights to use in a relatively unusual building. ... A cattle shed. Cattle housing has some special difficulties in that while the building is relatively open to the elements they still have levels of corrosive gases that rot inadequate fittings. They came up with a cost effective solution which gives more than adequate light which will hopefully last me out.
